What material are your holds?

We pour our holds with polyester resin. From time to time we tweak the recipe depending on strength needs of the hold.

How long does it take to ship after I order?

All orders are shipped a month after the request comes in. 

If I choose a color, does it take longer to ship? Does it cost more?

We usually keep a stock of most holds in our inventory. However, there are cases where a color usually isn't available. This is the same case in the previous question. We pour your ordered hold color when the order comes in and ship it once the plastic is cured.

In addition, we don't charge extra for color selections.

If I choose 'random' in your color selection, what colors do I usually get?

This depends on what is on stock. It will be one of our standard colors – Lime Green, Orange, Blue, Red, Black, Gray, and Black.

Who do you ship with?

For our soft goods, we use Xend. For the holds CaPex is our primary freight partner. Once your order has been handed to them, we email you a tracking number so you can monitor where your package is through their site.

Why do you have different shipping rates?

You may notice differing shipping rates on the checkout page. This is because we automatically compute the total weight of your purchase and present you with the appropriate shipping package for you to choose from, along with the packaging rate set by our shipping partners.

We don't place additional charges within these shipping rates and solely what Xend has setup. You may check Xend's website for their rates.

Do you take credit cards?

In a way yes. We do this through PayPal Express Checkout. On checkout, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will then be presented with PayPal's payment form with options for selecting your card provider.

Warranty?

Yes we do! Our holds come with a year's worth of breakage guarantee, meaning, if it breaks within a year, either through normal usage or a defect on our side, we'll send you a replacement at no cost to you.

What if I don't like my holds? Can I return them?

We hope this does not happen, but if you absolutely want to return your order, ship them back to us, unused and in the packaging it was in and we will issue you a refund. Check our return policy for details.

We try our best to help out with the local climbing scene. Send us an email through this form and we will be in touch with you with what we can do to help out.

Can I shape for you?

Sorry but we don't take submissions as of the moment. You may however send us feedback and suggestions through this form, or on our facebook page on how we can improve the existing shapes.
